Soothing Sleep  ONLINE
Soothing Sleep is a series of 4 ONLINE LIVE WEBINARS for children and their parents to watch together.   Cameras will be off to protect all children’s privacy but they can ask questions using the Q&A tool bar.   We have a focus on Guided Imagery throughout, helping you to build a valuable toolbox of strategies to help aid relaxation and soothe anxiety and worry. We also explore nightmares and dreams.   Each session is 30 minutes and the cost covers all 4 sessions. Online delivery via Zoom and registration is required.   We might not be able to ‘fix’ your child’s sleep but we can empower them and help them to understand more about why they might find it difficult and help them to explore new ways to make sleep more comfortable.
